Update GMic to 2.9.6

This MR updates GMic (plugin and AppImage) to 2.9.6.

Test Plan

Build dependencies and plugins. Check that the AppImage still works with v4 and that the plugin works in master.

(I checked myself on Linux, both amd64 and armhf AppImages.)
