Android: associate krz files with krita

Recently, there was an addition of a archive file format with a .krz suffix. This patch adds the new mime type and suffix to the Android manifest file, so that krz files can be opened in Krita from a file manager.

Test Plan

  1. Open a .kra file from a file manager.
  2. Open a .krz file from a file manager.

In both cases, Krita should start and show the selected file.
