Change separator style to sunken in tool options

Raghavendra Kamath requested to merge kamathraghavendra/krita:separators into master

Previously we had changed the Hline to sunken style to match other lines in the UI, but somehow these were missed. So this changes the remaining Line separators to Sunken style in the tool options.
