Add option to auto hide controls in overview docker

This MR provides the following:

  • Fix what I think was a bug that prevented the zoom combo box from displaying the current selected zoom level
  • Add an option to have non flat combo box in the zoom widget
  • Functionality to auto-hide the navigation controls (zoom, rotation, etc.) in the overview docker. Adds a "pin" button that is checked by default. If the button is checked, the controls are always shown (as before), and if it isn't then they are hidden when the mouse leaves the docker area and shown when the mouse enters it.
