Rotation ability to rectangle and ellipse tools

This MR adds the ability of rotation to rectangle and ellipse tools(both paint and select). Angle can be changed by pressing Ctrl + Alt. This MR adds reference points to dragStart and dragCenter as well(for better handling). https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339077
