AppImage: fix PYTHONPATH for system packages

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/ci-appimage-python into master

This MR fixes the PYTHONPATH variable according to the Python docs. We were messing up the lookup path for the subprocess module, this broke translation retrieval for AppImages.

Requesting review from @dkazakov because I'd like him to check with his Docker environment; I checked with my LXC container and with my Manjaro environment.

Test Plan

Build Krita using an isolated environment similar to ci-tooling's Docker images.
