Update flatpak recipe for nightlies

This Merges Request updates our nightly Flatpak recipe to be more inline with appimage.

• This includes all the patches for Qt on desktop linux
• This also includes native gmic plugin and its patches
• This recipe doesn't include kde sdk instead it builds all the dependencies individually to avoid versioning issue.
• Dependencies are close to official requirements.
• Rust Sdk is needed to build rav1e

The patches folder need to be copied to Jenkins. We need to ask sysadmins if this needs any manual intervention.
