Load thumbnails for recent files in separate thread (bug 414111)

Launch a "document thumbnailer" in a separate thread. This improves startup times as much as it can take thumbnailing a file. This can take quite a while when doing several ~700MB tiff files as reported here

Test Plan

  • Launch Krita
  • Load (optionally close right away) several heavy files that can take seconds to generate a thumbnail for
  • Close Krita
  • OPTIONAL: move the tiffs to a separate location
  • Launch Krita
  • See how the recent file thumbnails get populated
  • If some tiff files were relocated in OPTIONAL step, see how the items are disabled and removed later

Formalities Checklist
