Android: enable news widget

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/enable-news-widget into master

This MR proposes to enable OpenSSL in Android, and thus enable the News widget, since there's no longer a blocker in the redesign of a few months ago.

This incorporates a commit from !848 (merged); it's needed in both MRs, so a rebase in any of them should skip it once merged.

Test Plan

Build Krita with androidbuild.sh.
