Add VERSIONINFO RC data to krita.exe and krita.com

Add VERSIONINFO resource data to krita.exe and krita.com. These data shows up under the "details" tab when viewing the file properties in Windows Explorer (doesn't actually show for .COM files). They may also be used by Windows in some obscure places.

Test Plan

Build krita.exe and check the file properties.
