Change Delete backup files to Extract tags to Resource Folder (NOTE: before string freeze!)

The new button is needed and the previous one probably won't be implemented any time soon (at least not before Krita 5.1., and it will probably be located somewhere else, maybe in the cache database viewer).

The new button is on the right side of the dialog, on the bottom right. And yes, those buttons are atrocious, but I haven't got a better design for them yet. Should be good enough for now, I hope.
