Update the LCMS dependency according to 213e6cb4
Update the libheif, dav1d and rav1e dependencies according to c112e8e4
Rav1e and cargo-c tarballs need to be present in the files.kde.org server

Please replace the existing tarballs stored in https://files.kde.org/krita/build/dependencies/flatpak/ with these before merging this MR.
