Fix loading assistants with more handles than expected

Agata Cacko requested to merge tymond/krita:tiar/fix_loading_future_assistants into master

Before this commit, assistants that had more handles than expected were not added to Krita document. This commit ensures they are added to the document as long as the number of handles is equal or higher than the number of required handles. This might help loading future local assistants in previous versions of Krita.

Test Plan

Open the file: 2pp_local_everything.kra and see that there are 6 assistants, all of them have editor icons.
