Show "No Preview for this engine" for presets that don't support it
The preview in the brush settings show "No preview for this engine" when an engine that doesn't support preview, is selected
Test Plan
- Click on Brush Settings.
- Choose an engine that doesn't support preview(eg. Clone).
- "No preview for this engine" is shown instead of the last working brush preview.
