Fix some i18n strings in static initializer

This changes some i18n strings in static context to work properly, and removes some unused ones. One cannot use i18n in static initialization before QCoreApplication has been initialized.

Test Plan

  • Check that the image resolution text is translated in the new image and resize image dialogs.
