Remove deleted storage from database

Agata Cacko requested to merge tymond/krita:tiar/remove_storage_from_database into master

Before this commit KisAslStorage had no way to add a layer style, only to save a new version of the resource. This commit ensures the KisAslStorage has that function implemented. (The problem probably arose from automated change of the function from addResource to saveAsNewVersion some time ago).

Test Plan

  1. Add some new bundle.
  2. Run Krita. See that the brushes are there in the Brush Presets docker and popup.
  3. Remove the bundle from the resource folder, manually.
  4. Run Krita. See that the brushes disappeared.
