Correct name of ‘Scale Styles’ checkbox in the checkbox’s tooltip

Karl Ove Hufthammer requested to merge (removed):fix-scale-styles-tooltip into master

The tooltip referred to the ‘Uniform Scaling’ checkbox, but the actual checkbox is called ‘Scale Styles’. This is now fixed. Also made some other minor improvements to the tooltip text.

Test Plan

The tooltip is shown for the ‘Scale Styles’ checkbox for the ‘Select Shapes’ tool.
