Do not package GMic-Qt executable in master builds

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/remove-gmic-qt-exe into master

We do not use the GMic-Qt executable anymore, it's only provided for pre-5.0 builds. It's safe to skip it from packaging steps, and it should save ~10MB off the final unpacked artifact.
