Add proper Fg to Transparent and Fg to Bg gradients translation

Agata Cacko requested to merge tymond/krita:tiar/add_bg_fg_gradient_proper_translations into master

Before this commit, the only translation they had was for the "name", not for the "tooltip", like all other resources. This commit ensures they will have a translation for the "tooltip".
