Some fixes on resource names translations

Fix translations of some resource names:

  • swatche.gpl had a trailing \t in the extracted name blocking proper translation.
  • Some resource i18n names are produced from the filenames, which sometimes do not match the actual resource names in Krita. Work around this by trying to translate using the same name produced from the filenames.

Needs to be cherry-picked into 5.0

Test Plan

Build with a translated PO catalog and check that the translated names show up in the resource tooltip.
