TIFF: redesign for consistency the export dialog

This MR redesigns the export dialog for TIFF to make it more consistent with our existing UI dialogs. I've taken pains to ensure I didn't change any of the control's names, so that no changes in code were needed.

Test Plan

Build Krita. Test TIFF export (probably along with the Pixar log codec patch in !962 (merged)).
