Better ‘Flip Gradient’ icon

Karl Ove Hufthammer requested to merge (removed):better-gradient-flip-icon into master

The old icon was the ‘Refresh View’ icon, while the new one is the ‘Mirror Horizontally’ one, which is easier to understand.

Test Plan

Open the gradient editor and look at the ‘Flip Gradient’ icon.
