Change floating message to use QLabel, improve appearance

  • Change floating message to use QLabel instead of custom painting
  • Remove sans-serif font override so it uses the global UI font
  • Use QGraphicsDropShadowEffect for drop shadow
  • Increase opacity a bit
  • Add real fade out animation

Test Plan

Check floating message display:

  • Iconless - Tab for canvas-only mode
  • With icon - Apply filter on locked layer
