Install version header in normal include dir root

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/fixversionheaderinstall into master

Currently installed to /KF5, works by chance. Installing to module include dir root instead also prepares Qt6/KF6 world order.

Location change should not be noticed by anyone using official include dirs.
