try every possible resolution value for preview

and use the one with the minimum distance to the set preview resolution BUG: 440932

I should have known better and not assume that something in one SANE backend is the same in other backends. Issues was that previously an ascending order of the list for resolution option was assumed. Now, simply try every possible combination and use the best one.
