Update version string with the release service

libksane's version is currently hardcoded to the one of the required minimum version of KF5. It is currently impossible to query for newer versions with e.g. newer features or bug fixes as the version is not updated. Use the KDE release service automatic versioning to fix this. The old version string is apparently unused and is therefore removed with a few very outdated files.
