generators: Remove Copyright keys of KPlugin json object

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/alex/copyright_kplugin into master

We never read those values and the people mentioned are also in the "Authors" array. If need be for custom keys, they should be outside of the "KPlugin" object.

This was identified when working on stricter JSON validation, see sysadmin/ci-utilities!314 (merged)
