RFC: Create toggleactionmenu autotest

This is what I got as mouse mode menu autotest so far.

I set the mouse mode in Okular::Settings, then create the Part, and check the default action on the toolbar button. This is repeated for every mouse mode.

Is this good?

I am thinking about what happens when new mouse modes will be added. This test won’t cover them.

The title is RFC, so I am open to feedback. :)
