Fix some parts of file from bug 418445

With this and a poppler for today, this works

There's still various undefined in year and in the bottom besides SUM: that i want to investigate where they come from.

Problem: This is a file that is from the norweigan tax agency and thus I'm not sure i can just directly copy to the autotests data folder so can't create a test for this :/
