WIP?: Fix scroll speed with hyperscroll mouse

This just removes the smooth mouse wheel scrolling, fixing that problem

I'm not sure about the urgency here, if there's an imminent release feel free to merge this so people stop complaining, otherwise it's a WIP

I'll make a proper solution that keeps the mouse wheel smooth scrolling while fixing the bug when I have time
