Disable warning "The document requested to be launched in presentation mode" on document reload
This is the patch originally written by Arshad Husain from https://phabricator.kde.org/D29246 .
I added a unit test.
Caveat: Without the fix, the new test doesn't actually fail, but rather it stalls. Is that a problem? I guess I could get it to fail, but that would require another 10 lines of code.
