explicitly accept tablet event when it is handled

Rene van Paassen requested to merge repa/okular:tablet-accept-events into release/20.08

This replaces merge request !205 (closed)

It creates smooth lines (tested with Wacom Intuos 3).

In testing, I found another issue, in that tablet events apparently are not detected in the text annotation pop-up. Rather than closing/dragging the annotation pop-up, the tablet events end up creating new annotations on the document. Will report in separate issue.
