Minor polish to annotation toolbar

Simone Gaiarin requested to merge gaiarin/okular:quick-polish-annotation-toolbar into release/20.08

Implemented some of the suggestions in #15 (closed)

  • Rename "Quick Annotations" > "Annotate..." (ellipsis not shown in the toolbar though, why?)
  • Move "Anotate..." action next to text selection tools

If we mange to merge it today would be great, mainly to prevent having to move/rename stuff in the next release thus confusing the users.
