Fix okular annotation line rendering opacity

Albert Astals Cid requested to merge work/aacid/fix_okular_annotation_line_rendering_opacity into release/20.08

Make painting not Multiply by default because otherwise we always get some opacity when painting (non black).

Fix buildPen to honor the annotation opacity.

Note this is for "okular native" annotations, i.e. open a PNG to test it, not a PDF.
