WIP: Set the annotation properties from the original annotation
requested to merge jprorama/okular:fix-annotation-properties-on-import-from-internal-storage into master
Add a call to setAnnotationProperties() to ensure the imported annotation has the author and timestamp metadata of the original annotation.
This is a proposed fix to the bug that only migrates original annotation data during the migration from the original internal storage and ignores annotation metadata.
