Draft: Combine titlebar config controls to one combobox

This replaces the “Display document title if available” checkbox and the “Display document file name / full path” group box by a single combobox with 4 items.

  • Only one control for one config thing
  • The user is assumed to be smart enough to figure out that “Document title or ...” means to use the title if it is available, and the file name/path otherwise.
