Use placeholder message for initial loading of a document

This also now remove the auto appearing global drawer that is now a menu on the desktop. This also moves the main page into the pageStack.

This uses a copy of the Kirigami PlaceholderMessage component because we can't depend on a recent version of Kirigami.
