This is a rebased version of !17 (closed). It shorter than !17 (closed), because the implementation of AFNumber_Format has meanwhile made it into the master branch. What's left is an implementation of AFNumber_Keystroke and a unit test for AFNumber_Format. The test code here still needs !31 (closed) to work.
