Restore previously-open documents on launch by default
This commit adds a new feature to make Okular remember the set of currently-open documents and restore them the next time the app is opened, unless opened with any command-line arguments or new documents This feature is on by default but can be disabled, just like in Dolphin.
Rebased !247 (closed) and tried to integrate the suggestions from the review.
