Add TeXiFy IDEA support

Adds support for TeXiFy IDEA. There is a merged merge request at TeXiFy which adds support for Okular. In particular, it adds forward search and the possibility to set Okular as the default pdf viewer.

In order for this to work, you might have to enable the "Generate shell scripts" option in the JetBrains Toolbox (to create the idea command).

I mimicked the commit where TeXstudio is added.
