New welcome screen UI

Eugene Popov requested to merge epopov/okular:welcomeview_ng into master

This MR brings the welcome screen to a new UI, the same as in Kate. The new UI is responsive and, in addition to the list of recent files, it also displays bookmarks and a help area.
