When you have high resolution scroll events, it's nice to use them. This PR uses the high resolution scroll events to zoom the view.
The following issue is known. It's already present when you continuous zoom using middle mouse button clicking.
- When starting to scroll from some distances, the scrolling gets choppy at some point (start at 75% and zoom as far as possible)
