Make KF5Pty dependency (and Comic Book support) optional

KF5Pty is only needed for the Comic Book generator on Unix (!= Android). Effectively, this change makes the Comic Book generator optional on Unix (!= Android).

This is similar to many other generators where the dependencies (and hence building the generators) are also optional.
