Draft: Adds colored bookmark functionality.
Dear Okular-Team,
I like Okular as a document reader - but i missed the colored bookmarks on the pages which are available in Apple Books and Microsoft OneDrive App - therefore i just added it:
Maybe you consider it as well as an improvement others may like too.
Code suggestion is also welcomed for where to possible put the duplicated code as static function.
