Adds colored bookmark functionality.
Dear Okular-Team,
I like Okular as a document reader - but i missed the colored bookmarks on the pages which are available in Apple Books and Microsoft OneDrive App - therefore i just added it:
Maybe you consider it as well as an improvement others may like too.
Code suggestion is also welcomed for where to possible put the duplicated code for the icon generation as static function.
