Improve spacing between items

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/welcome-page-sizing into master

Now the button is aligned with the edge of the list view frame.

This also replace some margin in the horizontal layout with some spacing in the vertical layout. This allow plasma/breeze!342 (merged) to correctly identify the frame as floating without changing anything visually.
