Draft: Recalculate forms only when data is committed

It is not necessary to recalculate forms on every change in text fields.

This behavior is inconsistent with Acrobat tools and might lead to discrepancies for script writers. Also causes a lot of calculations to be performed on every keystroke which could be computationally intensive.
