Use progress buttons in sidebar, share code between dialog and sidebar

Using progress buttons to directly choose a capture mode makes taking a new screenshot with a different capture mode faster.

Unify the appearance of the dialog and sidebar a bit and refine the sidebar appearance.

Load the sidebar only when it's needed.

Move the capture on click checkbox and delay spinbox to the bottom, like the OptionsMenu in the rectangle capture UI.
