Directly call spectacle on desktop actions

Joel Beckmeyer requested to merge tnsb/spectacle:improvement/remove-qdbus-calls into master

The qdbus calls were added in ee862d16 to ensure that when these actions were invoked, they did so in the currently running instance of spectacle. This appears to be no longer needed as this also happens when the spectacle executable is directly called.
