Draft: Add UI for color correction (Gamma)

Ilya Pominov requested to merge kgamma_dialog_5.27 into Plasma/5.27

Due to the update of The X Resize, Rotate and Reflect Extension, kgamma color correction module does not support work with multiple monitors. The refinement of kgamma does not make sense, since it is deprecated.

Color correction of monitors is implemented in the kscreen module, add class KScreen::Gamma to libkscreen
